8.05 Miles To Shake The Legs

I’m catching up on a few past posts. This was last Tuesday.

After a long, tough weekend, it was good to get out and have a relatively easy run. Started out from work and headed to the fields by the East Boulder Trail system. It’s one of my favorite places to go just because you run on single-track cut straight through these large hay fields. I always imagine I’m a teenager living in Iowa with nothing to do but run. Sort of a weird all-American dream.
